Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by ThinTake (OPC) Private Limited. This policy applies to all software development, web application development, and related IT services offered by the company.

1. Scope of Services

  • Refunds are not applicable after the commencement of the service, including but not limited to development or support periods, unless explicitly stated in the project or service contract.
  • The specific terms and conditions related to refunds for individual services will be included in the corresponding service agreement.

2. Refund Triggers

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Services: Failure to initiate or deliver the agreed services.
  • Missed Milestones or Deadlines: Failure to achieve major milestones or agreed deadlines, as outlined in the project contract.
  • Quality Issues: If the delivered product fails to meet agreed specifications or quality standards.
  • Unresolved Technical Issues: For technical problems that cannot be resolved by our support team despite reasonable attempts. Documentation or proof of such issues may be required to process the refund request.

3. Refund Timeframes

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the service or product. Requests received beyond this period will not be considered.

4. Partial Refunds

  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted. These will be evaluated and determined based on the terms outlined in the project or service contract.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • If the client cancels the project without prior notice.
  • For services that have been completed as per the terms of the service contract.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings under applicable Indian laws.
