Last Updated: February 13, 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to services and products provided by ThinTake (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in Rajasthan, India (“ThinTake”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
If a specific product or service has its own published refund policy, that product-specific policy shall apply instead of this general Refund Policy.
2. General Policy – No Refund After Commencement
Due to the nature of digital services and the time, resources, and technical effort invested in each project, ThinTake generally does not offer refunds once:
- Work has commenced; or
- The service has been delivered or completed; or
- A development, support, or subscription period has started.
Refunds are not applicable after the commencement of service unless explicitly stated in the applicable project agreement or service contract.
3. Custom Project Services
For custom services such as:
- Software development
- Website development
- App management
- Support services
- SEO services
Refund terms shall be governed primarily by the corresponding signed project agreement or service contract.
Where the contract specifies refund eligibility, those contractual terms shall prevail.
4. SaaS and Digital Products
For SaaS products, hosting services, or software tools:
- Fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable for the active billing period unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle.
5. Limited Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may only be issued under the following limited circumstances:
A. Non-Delivery of Services
Failure to initiate or deliver the agreed services within a reasonable time, without justified cause.
B. Missed Major Milestones
Failure to achieve major milestones or agreed deadlines as clearly outlined in the project contract, without valid justification.
C. Material Quality Issues
If the delivered product materially fails to meet the agreed specifications or quality standards stated in the applicable agreement.
D. Unresolved Technical Issues
For technical problems that cannot be resolved by our support team despite reasonable attempts.
In such cases:
- Documentation or reasonable proof may be required.
- ThinTake must be given an opportunity to investigate and attempt resolution before refund eligibility is considered.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request to [Insert Support Email].
- Include order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Provide any supporting documentation where applicable.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the service or product.
Requests received after this period will not be considered.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted.
The amount of any partial refund shall be determined based on:
- Work completed
- Milestones achieved
- Costs incurred
- Terms outlined in the applicable agreement
ThinTake reserves the right to determine reasonable refund amounts based on documented project progress.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
- If the client cancels a project without prior written notice as required by contract
- If services have been completed in accordance with the service agreement
- Change of mind after service commencement
- Failure to use the purchased service
- Issues arising from third-party services not controlled by ThinTake
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ThinTake for resolution may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of account access
- Recovery actions where applicable
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve disputes before initiating chargebacks.
10. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted where legally permissible.
11. Modifications to This Policy
ThinTake reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated effective date.
